This is implemented into the original Frets on Fire. (The ability to set  
custom hammer-ons) and also in EOF, you can force Hammer-ons. I wonder why  
they took it out. I'm thinking because the original frets on fire had a bad  
automatic hopo system, with WAY too many hammer-ons, they probably  
accidentally took it out. This needs to be re-added. I have a song with  
forced hammer-ons but they don't show up as hammer-ons in FoFiX.
