Complementing the SOLUTION above:

If you don't know where the user folder is, find your instalation folder  
(Default: c:\program files\fofix\) and then enter in folder  
data\users\players\

Delete the fofix.cache there.

Open the .ini file with your name (example: john.ini) to change the  
necktype to 1.
necktype = 1

Put the necks from data\necks\ into your theme of use (ex.:  
data\themes\megalight\necks\).
