Another info:
I'm trying this WorkAround and so far looks like it works:

a) Go to the options and select a neck that isn't Random Neck.
b) Delete your character and fofix-cache in user folder. (make a backup of  
user folder first)
c) Create a character and choose "Select a neck", and here you select  
Random Neck.

This is probably my last idea before I learn python =P
