Here, more information:
Changing player neck didn't work as expected, and also the user .ini file  
gets reseted

I could log the moment of the hand, and it was after:
[   16.181000] (N) Loading Guitar.freestyle2 synchronously
[   16.183000] (N) Loaded Guitar.freestyle2 in 0.002 seconds

Comparing with a log for when the game works properly, the next thing would  
be "Loading Neck.neckDrawing synchronously"

There's some kind of problem with the neckDrawing loading, which is before  
the choice of the random neck.

Can't help anymore, since I'd need to code to fix it.
Sad, because it's the only thing not working properly in my FoFiX =(
