Found this to be true, and while I'm not sure it solves the problem,  
changing these lines in user .ini files seems to fix:

Change the lines:
neck =
necktype = 0

For the lines:
neck = defaultneck
necktype = 2

If doesn't, add more necks to your folder, it will reduce the problem
