I solved a problem with translating, but sometimes I have read the  
message's like this:  utf8 codec can't encode characters in position 0-7

mb i should ask you to add fully support unicode for all *.ini files

"loading phrases" cannot be translated in that way :D
But I didn't like deleting them..
