This can be a very low priority enhancement, since all XInput controllers  
work as directInput controllers, so it's not very necessary but could be  
nice.

This would make the controller numbering consistent with the "ring of  
light" that 360 controllers natively have. For example, "XInput1" would  
show up as player 1 on the ring. This would just make it easier to tell  
which controller is doing what.
