Describe the problem. What did you expect? What do you see?
gunder found that when playing a chart that included vocal percussion, the  
first lyric phrase appears as a vocal percussion phrase even though it has  
lyrics.

List the steps to recreate the problem.
1. Play the chart

What version are you using? Include the FoFiX version, the Python version,
your operating system, and whether it is Git, alpha, beta, RC, or final
release.  (If it's Git, please include the commit hash.)

Gunder indicates he is using Fofix 3.121 final 2.6 on a Toshiba laptop  
running win7 64bit, with 4GB RAM and AMD/ATI.

Please provide any additional information below.

He indicated that after inserting some padding at the start of each vocal  
percussion phrase, it resolved the issue.  So this may be related to issue  
1203.
