I see that the article lists the notes for less than 5 gems for easy and  
medium guitar and bass. It might also be useful to add the notation for  
forced HOPO phrasing (one note higher than fret 5 in any guitar/bass  
difficulty).  Even if this isn't currently supported, several users are  
interested in adding it to their charts pro-actively.
