Keep in mind that to some, FoF Video support is important. Some people  
(myself included) like to show people how nice FoF looks and how similar it  
is to Rock Band or Guitar Hero. So I wouldn't really call it "silly".  
Honestly, if my hardware was good enough to run FoF at all (it lags with a  
minimalistic set-up nowadays) I would figure out getting video support, as  
I would love to have it. It would be neat playing songs from the market  
games with the appropriate background videos, eh? So I have to disagree and  
say it does add quite a bit to gameplay, sorry.
