I'm going through certain areas of the code and working on this.  All files  
not dealing with the rockmeter (because that is now 100% independent of  
themes) are being changed to their rockband alternatives since they have  
more functionality and flexibility in design.  Certain things are also  
going to have new names (overdrive neck for example) so they are no longer  
associated with either GH or RB and are instead associated with FoF.

I'm also taking ownership of this issue since QStick hasn't shown any  
activity for awhile.
