This is usually the response you get when a required image is missing.   
Check to see if you have a file named center_lines.png

Seeing that you have that theme.ini loaded debug statement I can tell that  
you're quite up-to-date.  For one, right now only MegaLight V4 (and I think  
Fuzion's 4x) is working because of folder restructuring that's currently  
going on.  So you have to use one of those themes.
