Instrument: Add optional theme dependent glow.png, add disableFlameSFX conditions to flame effects, and add option to use glowColor for flames.
GameEngine, Settings: Add disable_flamesfx
Theme: Fix glowColor typo
Guitar, Drum: Add disableFlameSFX conditions to make disable_flamesfx work.
