[kexec] Using Remote Desktop to See

Hello again list,

I've noticed that when running under VMware Workstation 6.5.2
build-156735, I should Remote Desktop into the VM to initiate the
reboot, otherwise the video mode won't switch and I won't see kexec's
activities after HalReturnToFirmware().  I will see whatever background
the Windows logon had, instead.

Just an FYI, for anyone trying it out under VMware (I haven't tested
other VMs or physical hardware yet).
