It's up to the FoFiX devs whether or not to implement this, but progress  
can't wait forever.  EOF and Phase Shift are implementing  
a "star_power_note = (###)" tag to indicate which note marks star power.   
For example, a value of 116 for this tag would indicate that the chart uses  
RB3 style markers for solos and that multiple manually authored star power  
phrases shouldn't be necessary in order to detect them correctly.
